Our Go-To Sunday Morning Dutch Baby (Easy Puff Pancake Recipe)

A simple, family-friendly breakfast that feels special without a lot of effort

Sunday mornings have a different pace: a little quieter, a little slower and designated to be family time. I don’t love spending all morning making breakfast so this Dutch Baby recipe has become my go-to for lazy Sunday mornings. It feels special without requiring me to be tied to the kitchen all morning.

Made in one skillet with simple ingredients, this puff pancake comes together quickly in the blender and bakes while you set the table, brew coffee or chat with your family (I also recommend having some soft music playing in the background like a cafe!). It’s easy to serve sweet with fruit and powdered sugar or savory with vegetables or ham, and alongside breakfast meat, making it a family-friendly breakfast everyone looks forward to.
